DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 
  • Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Prices vary and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees, transaction fees, or other customs fees that may apply to non-US customers.

WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
  • Our goal is to get preorders shipped out by the date specified in the details section of each preorder's product page. This can range from a few weeks 3 to a year depending on that specific preorder. Please thoroughly read through the product details of your preordered item for all the information you need including the ESTIMATED shipping date.

    Keep in mind, this is an ESTIMATED shipping date, not an exact science. We will always do our best to hit those dates but it's never a guarentee.

  • All non-preordered items ship out within 8 - 12 weeks of purchase. There is always a possibility of a delay. To stay up to date, see our Shipping Updates page.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND/OR RETURN POLICY?
  • There are no cancellations or refunds on any purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We ONLY offer returns if the order is damaged—and even then, your return must be approved via email by The Pretty Little Words. See the section below for more details.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
  • Quality check is important to us. Every effort will be made to ensure your order is correct, packaged securely, and free of any defects. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their order when it arrives and reach out to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery if an item is damaged or incorrect.

    Please be aware that some imperfections are to be expected. Below is a list of imperfections that DO NOT qualify for a return or refund :
  1. Minor dents or wrinkles in the hinge of the spine or corners of the book.
  2. Small, barely noticeable scrapes on the back cover.
  3. Minor dents on the top or bottom of spine or edges.
  4. Slight discoloration or design flaw on the edges.
  5. Imperfections to the Slip Case

    There may be other imperfections not listed above that we would classify as passable condition. Please reach out if you're unsure.

    Please note : we require proof of damage via photo and reserve the right to disagree. If we agree that your order is damaged, and the fault lies with us or the shipping carrier, we require you to return the product to us before we ship out a replacement. The Pretty Little Words will email you a prepaid return shipping label as a one-time courtesy, free of charge. If you are unable to print and adhere said label, the cost of the return shipping falls solely on you.

CAN I SKIP MY NEXT SUBSCRIPTION?
  • No, we do not allow for skips on our Novel Noir Quarterly Luxe Box. If you do not want to continue with your quarterly subscription, you must cancel by the 10th of the renewal month, or you will be charged on the 15th for the upcoming box.

We like to feature both widely and lesser known indie authors in boxes together with the hope of leading readers to authors they already love and introducing them to new authors they might just fall head over heels for.
